Daniel Don Duncan, age 78, a resident of Clinton, passed away, Sunday, April 12, 2020, at Methodist Medical Center in Oak Ridge.
Mr. Duncan was born April 7, 1942 in Oliver Springs. He was a lifelong resident of this area and a member of Mineral Springs Baptist Church. He worked for MK-Ferguson as a laborer and was a member of the local laborer 818 union. Daniel enjoyed: nascar, fishing, hunting, and riding around.
He is preceded in death by his wife of 51 years, Wanda Lee Coker Duncan; by parents: George and Christine Duncan; a son, Ronnie Duncan; by brothers: Clarence Duncan and Billy Duncan and by sisters: Ann Comer and Katie Bass.
Daniel is survived by children: Donna Sue Morgan and Terry Lynn Webb; by grandchildren: Danielle Ashley Webb and Joshua Duncan; by great-grandchildren: Raiden Johnson, Killian Johnson, and Shiloh Webb; a brother, George Duncan Jr. (Pam); by sister, Georgia Louise Jackson and special brother-in-law, Pat; by a sister-in-law, Francis Coker and Alene Duncan; by special friends: Tammy Morrison, Will Morrison, Dustin Vann, and several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends throughout the day starting at 8:30 am on Wednesday, April 15, 2020 at Premier Sharp Funeral Home in Oliver Springs. The burial and graveside services will be held at 3:00 pm on Wednesday at Anderson Memorial Gardens with Pastor Alan Crowe officiating.
