Russell Scott Morgan, age 35 a resident of Andersonville formerly of Oliver Springs, passed away on Sunday, December 27, 2020.
Russell was born on December 28, 1984 in Dayton, Ohio. Lived in Ohio until 1992 and moved to Oliver Springs where he played football and graduated from Oliver Springs High School in 2004. He worked for Blanks Tree Service, Roane Memorial Gardens, and was most recently a laborer for Labor Union 818 at UCOR after working 2 years in the oil industry. Russell was a member of Church of God at Maynardville where he was baptized on May 3, 2019. He was a devoted and dedicated LSU fan. He especially loved his GMC Sierra and being a father to his girls.
His grandfather, Russell R. Morgan preceded him in death.
Russell is survived by his wife, Kimberly Morgan; daughters, Amelia and Isabella Suffridge; parents, Anita Narovich and Leonard Narovich; grandmother, Nora Morgan; sister, Brianne Bridges and husband Adam; special uncle to Colten Bridges; uncles, Ray and wife Kathy, Tony and wife Lisa, Randall, and John Morgan; father and mother-in-law, Greg and Tina Miracle; brothers-in-law, Jacob, Dakota, and Mac Miracle; special cousins, Thomas and Alix Blank, Joshua Morgan, Dylan Blank, David and Nicky Woods, Jacquee Morgan, Emily Morgan, Heather Nugent, Amanda Whiteside, Michael Narovich, and Jonathan Huff.
Pallbearers will be members of the 2003-2004 Oliver Springs High School football team. Honorary Pallbearers will be nephew, Colten Bridges and brothers-in-law Dakota and Mac Miracle.
Visitation will be from 5-7 pm on Friday, January 1, 2021 at Premier Sharp Funeral Home in Oliver Springs. Funeral service will begin at 7 pm with Rev. Charlie McClure and Rev. Eddie Munsey officiating and McClure family singing. A graveside service will be held at 11 am on Saturday, January 2, 2021 at Anderson Memorial Gardens in Clinton.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to his wife, Kimberly Morgan and their daughters, Amelia and Isabella.
